Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Express delivery options (1–2 business days) may be available at checkout depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also log in to your Diyzee account and check the status under My Orders.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above a minimum order value (shown at checkout). Orders below this threshold incur a flat-rate shipping fee. Keep an eye on our promotions — we regularly run free shipping deals!
We process orders quickly, so changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email us at hello@diyzee.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
Currently we ship within our primary service regions. International shipping availability and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. If you don't see your country listed, contact us at hello@diyzee.com and we'll do our best to help.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, first check your tracking link for any courier updates. If there's no movement for more than 3 business days, please email us at hello@diyzee.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
Simply email returns@diyzee.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 2 business days. Pack the item securely, write the RA number on the outside, and drop it with your courier.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@diyzee.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. Please keep the original packaging as it helps us process the claim.
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product, Diyzee covers the return shipping in full. See our Return & Refund Policy page for the full breakdown.
Absolutely! We offer free exchanges within the 30-day window. Just email us at returns@diyzee.com, let us know what you'd like instead, and we'll sort it out once we receive your original item. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Products

All plants sold at Diyzee are artificial. They are beautifully crafted to look lifelike and require zero watering or maintenance — perfect for any home, office, or garden space. No green thumb needed!
Our outdoor décor items are designed for outdoor use, but the level of weather resistance varies by product. Each product page includes material and care details. We recommend checking the product description or contacting us if you're unsure whether a specific item suits your climate.
It depends on the product. Most of our lighting items include bulbs or are LED-integrated, and this is clearly stated on the product page. If you're unsure, check the "What's in the box" section on the listing, or reach out to us before purchasing.
Some of our listings include both the artificial plant and the planter as a set, while others are sold separately. This is always clearly noted on the product page. Look for the "Includes planter" tag or check the product description for what's included.
Yes, many of our popular items are restocked regularly. You can click "Notify Me" on any sold-out product page and we'll email you as soon as it's back in stock. You can also follow us on social media for restock announcements.
We offer a limited range of personalised décor items (such as custom-engraved pieces). These are clearly marked on the website. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other payment options shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely and we never store your full card details.
Yes, absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and all payments are handled through PCI-compliant payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes! We regularly run promotions and seasonal sales. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to hear about deals. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the "Promo Code" field before completing your purchase.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend using the one with the highest value. Keep the others for your next purchase!

My Account

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free Diyzee account lets you track your orders, save your addresses, view your order history, and get early access to promotions.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox.
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings → Address Book, and update your details there. If you need to change the address for an existing order, contact us at hello@diyzee.com as soon as possible — we can only update it before dispatch.
Every marketing email from Diyzee includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom — click it and you'll be removed from our mailing list within 24 hours. You can also update your email preferences in your account settings.
To request account deletion, email us at privacy@diyzee.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We'll process it within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy. Please note that some data (e.g., order records) may be retained for legal purposes.
